NEW CLIENTS:

MYBSR is an On-Line Booking System designed for clients who screen on a regular basis with The Broadway Screening Room.  By using MYBSR, our clients are able to book or hold, view rates, availabilities, and screening history. 

However, The Broadway Screening room welcomes those who wish to set up an account with us for future screenings. If you feel your company meets our enrollment guidelines and you wish to establish an account with us please complete our Enrollment Form.

If you are a new client or have completed an Enrollment Form, we ask that your first screening be paid C.O.D and forwarded to The Broadway Screening Room prior to your screening date.  (Please refer to our "Payment Policies" for acceptable payments.

New clients are also requested to submit a Purchase Order or Confirmation Letter by e-mail or fax prior to their screening date to confirm their booking.  

Once an account has been established and you are already a member of MYBSR, you will be prompted to provide either a Purchase Order number (for which a hard copy must follow by fax) or you may sign an on-line signature page which automatically provides us with your Confirmation Letter when confirming a booking.

BOOKING SCREENINGS:

Once a screening has been confirmed, and a Purchase Order or Confirmation Letter was received via on-line signature, e-mail or otherwise, the screening is considered booked.  It also expresses your commitment to pay for the time booked. (Please refer to our "Cancellation Policies").

For MYBSR members, scheduled screenings are considered booked when a Purchase Order Number is provided on-line.  Keep in mind that we still require a hard copy of the Purchase Order prior to the screening date.

On-line Signature Pages for Confirmation Letters also constitute a confirmed booking.  Please note, Confirmed bookings express your commitment for the time booked regardless of a late cancellation or "no show" screening.  (Please refer to our "Cancellation Policies"  and "Rates" for Cancellation Fees)

CHALLENGING HOLDS:

A challenge expresses your firm commitment to book a time currently being held by someone else, provided we can make that time available to you.

Once a challenge has been made by telephone or via MYBSR, we will notify you, usually within 24 hours, if the time is available for you.   If the time becomes available, the screening is considered booked by you, since you made a  commitment to pay for this time by challenging someone else. (Please refer to our "Cancellation Policies"  and "Rates" for Cancellation Fees)

 

 Cancellation Policies


Once a screening has been Confirmed, meaning a Purchase Order or On-line Confirmation Letter was received, the screening is considered Booked and expresses your commitment to pay for the time Booked. You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the scheduled screening, however you may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on how long before your scheduled screening you cancel. The cancellation fee can be up to 100% of the fee for the room and any special equipment costs.

Signature Pages for Confirmation Letters also constitute a Confirmed Booking.

Confirmed Bookings are billable regardless of a late Cancellation or "no show" screening.

 Payment Policies


The Broadway Screening Room accepts payment by check or cash.  New clients who have not established accounts are required to submit payments prior to the screening. If you plan to regularly use our facility you may wish contact us by email or in writing to establish an account.

 

 Shipping Policies


Films may be delivered/picked-up during our business hours from 10AM to 6PM.  Please call ahead for delivery or pick-ups after hours

MYBSR members are provided with a Confirmation Page which specifies the date and time that elements are expected to arrive to ensure that it is prepared accordingly based on the specifications

MYBSR allows members to see when a print was received and when it was shipped by clicking on the details triangle of a specific booking

As a courtesy, our staff at The Broadway Screening Room will contact our clients to advise them prior to their screening if the elements have not been received

Nonetheless, it is still the clients responsibility to follow-up with our staff at the screening room to ensure that the elements have been received

The Broadway Screening Room does not, however, bare any responsibility in the delivery or shipment of elements. Clients are responsible to ensure that elements are delivered in a timely manner prior to the screening date and arrangements are made by the client for pick up of all elements leaving the screening room.  It is the clients responsibility to schedule and  prepare any necessary paperwork needed by  Federal Express, Airborne, UPS or all other courier services used for shipping  elements to and from the screening room

When elements are scheduled for pick-up after a screening, our staff at the screening room will record what elements are leaving the building, the time of their departure and what service was used for the pick-up.  We also ensure that a Receipt of Elements and Signature is received before allowing the elements to leave the building

 

 Reception Area and Catering of Events


Our Screening Room has an adjoining reception area which is used as a waiting room before screenings  while in the reception room, we ask that you respect any screenings still in session and keep noise levels to a minimum.  Food and beverages are permitted only in this area                           

The reception area is available for catered events upon request. There is a flat rate in addition to the hourly rate for catered events.  Please refer to our Rates menu for additional information

 

 Food and Beverages


In order to preserve the appearance and quality of the room, we request that no food or beverages be brought into the Screening Room. (With the exception of water which will not stain).  

However, you may enjoy any food and beverages in the reception area prior to your screenings

CATERED EVENTS:

Those who wish to have catered events before or after screenings may reserve the room for a flat fee in addition to the standard hourly rate for the screening room

We also request that catering events refrain from serving any red wine beverages in      the reception area
